Job summary

Wishbone, the new addition to Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD this November. We're seeking passionate Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs to join the opening team and help build a brand-new kitchen from day one.

You will work alongside some of the industry's best, deliver exceptional food, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy service environment. A rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium, quality-driven kitchen.
• Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient section.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
