Wishbone, the exciting new concept from Lucas Collective, is launching in Melbourne’s CBD. We are seeking passionate Pastry Chefs (Chef de Partie & Commis) to join our opening pastry team, delivering high-quality desserts and pastries in a fast-paced, premium kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis in a premium kitchen.
• Strong pastry fundamentals with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced service.
• Strong organisation and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie is highly regarded.
