Lucas Collective in Melbourne's CBD is launching Wishbone, a brand-new casual dining concept. We’re building the opening team and inviting Wok Chefs to join from day one to help shape the food and dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate at least 1 year Wok experience in an a la carte environment.
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
• Full availability Friday, Saturdays and Sundays.
