Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify and research prospects, understand their needs and pain points, manage leads in CRM.
• Engaging Clients: Conduct drop-ins, phone calls, and follow-ups to generate new business and tailor proposals.
• Client Onboarding: Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and great customer experience from day one.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly sales progress reports and analyze data to improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and sales support for strategy and customer experience.
• Budget Management: Manage allocated expense budget to maximize contribution.
