Job summary

Ramsay Health Care seeks an in-house contact for MEDITECH Billing and Administration support, responsible for delivering functional and technical assistance, training, and documentation. The role also supports the Applications Support Manager across billing and admin IT systems and projects.

The position is hybrid, combining home and site-based days at Ramsay locations. A strong background in hospital administration and MEDITECH is essential, with excellent communication and project coordination

Qualifications

3+ years in hospital administration, billing or project coordination.
Strong understanding of MEDITECH application landscape.
Proven ability to write development specifications and train others.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-house functional and technical support for MEDITECH Billing and Administration across users.
Deliver training, develop process documentation and maintain data dictionaries.
Assist Applications Support Manager on IT systems and projects for billing and admin.
Collaborate with cross-site teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
