Job summary

Barwon Health in Geelong seeks a Rostering & Resourcing Coordinator to manage end-to-end rostering for Junior Medical Staff. This permanent full-time role includes 80 hours per fortnight with access to ADOs, five weeks annual leave and salary packaging options.

You will work with clinical directors and heads of units to develop rostering strategies, ensure compliance with the VIC DiT Enterprise Agreement, and support workforce continuity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce coordination, rostering and operational management within a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise agreements, payroll processes, leave management and workforce compliance.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and address staffing issues in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, rostering and shift coverage for Junior Medical Staff.
• Coordinate leave, roster changes and relievers/locums within allocated resources.
• Approve timesheets and collaborate with Payroll and Medical Workforce teams for payroll accuracy.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster to address staffing issues.
