Job summary

Orchard Talent Group in Sydney is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing search practice. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments, collaborating with senior consultants and clients to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates.

You will support search delivery through candidate sourcing, market mapping, screening, interviews, and coordination of recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
• Sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Commercial mindset with interest in market trends and talent mapping.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and search assignments, from briefing through to placement.
• Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through market mapping and targeted search strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments.
• Prepare professional candidate reports and shortlists for client presentation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Support senior recruitment partners on complex and confidential search assignments.
• Coordinate interview processes, candidate communication, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records within recruitment systems (e.g. Bullhorn).
• Conduct market research to provide insights on talent availability and industry trends.
