Prescribe Pty Ltd is expanding its medical administration team in Brisbane, seeking Medical Receptionists and Medical Secretaries who value empathy and service. You don’t need years of medical experience; training is provided, and a friendly approach will help you grow within the company.

As part of the administration team, you will welcome patients, manage calls, bookings, referrals and billing with support along the way.

Qualifications

• No years of medical experience required; empathy and willingness to learn prioritized.
• Ability to manage calls, greet patients, and handle billing with training provided.
• Good organisational skills and confidence using computers.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and handling enquiries professionally.
• Managing incoming calls and communicating with patients and referrers.
• Booking appointments and processing referrals and patient information.
• Assisting with patient billing under guidance.
• Maintaining patient records and using practice management software.
