Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly within a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Flexibility to assist with leave coverage when required.

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional and compassionate customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Managing appointments, phone enquiries, emails, and patient communications.
  • Coordinating patient bookings and clinic schedules accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing invoicing, receipting, and administrative documentation.
  • Preparing clinics and patient files ahead of consulting sessions.
  • Supporting doctors and the Practice Manager with administrative and operational duties.
