Medical Receptionist (Part-Time, Flexible)

Are you looking for a rewarding role in healthcare administration within a supportive and flexible environment?

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our growing neurology practice.

About Us

We are a dynamic and patient-focused neurology service supported by a collaborative team of professionals.

We are excited to have recently opened a NEW clinic in Coffs Harbour at Specialist Medical Centre, located next to the Coffs Harbour Base Hospital.

Our practice includes two part-time neurologists, Dr Jordan Weastell and Dr Sue Baumann, who work across three clinics per week on average, along with Dr Dale Sharad, who consults one week per month.

In addition, our team includes skilled scientists performing EEG (electroencephalography) and nerve conduction studies under the supervision of our neurologists.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (two positions) with flexibility in working hours, making it ideal for individuals balancing family commitments or seeking work-life balance.

There is also long-term potential for career progression into management roles for the right candidate.
