Job summary

On Point Family Practice in Buddina/Buderim on the Sunshine Coast is seeking attentive Medical Receptionists to join our private billing team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling bookings, inquiries and insurance billing with professionalism and a patient-centered approach.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, time management and privacy compliance, with experience in MBS, DVA or private practice billing being advantageous.
