Qscan Group in Bowral is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a full-time fixed-term basis, covering parental leave until about 2 April 2027. You will work across Bowral and Tahmoor clinics, Monday to Friday, delivering friendly patient registrations, bookings, triage, and billing support.

Ideal candidates bring excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a patient-centric approach, with experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care.
• Experience in healthcare reception preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for patients with face-to-face and phone registrations.
• Manage payments, receipts, and billing.
• Operate booking systems efficiently.
• Assist with back-office tasks and reporting.
