Moreton ATSICHS is seeking a Medical Receptionist – BiOC North to deliver high-quality customer service and efficient admin for client appointments and claims. You will support the Clinic Team and contribute to improved patient numbers and attendance rates in a culturally safe environment.
Essential duties include handling file preparation, verifying documents, and processing PIP/Medicare/WorkCover claims, while maintaining efficient clinic operations in a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

As Medical Receptionist – BiOC North, your role is responsible for provision of a high standard of customer service, effective and efficient administration of client appointments, client data and client claims processing; plus, the provision of general administrative support to the Clinic Team. The position will actively contribute to the achievement of the Clinics business objectives, including increased practice patient numbers, attendance rates and billings.
