Australian Paediatric Specialists is seeking two permanent part-time Front Office & Practice Support Coordinators for our Gold Coast Clinic in Southport. Roles start as part-time with view to full-time as the practice grows.

Remuneration guided by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020; exact days/hours flexible. Applicants should have medical reception/administration experience and be able to multi-task while supporting our back-end team and patients with a patient-centered

Qualifikationen

• Previous work experience in a medical practice is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a courteous phone manner.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight knit team.
• Capacity to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to excel in your position.
• Be a supportive team player with a positive attitude and a “can do” approach.
• Have initiative, be innovative and a desire to learn new skills.
• Experience with GENTU, Medicare, EFTPOS payment systems will be highly regarded

• Provide support for back-end administration team and patients.
• Receive and direct inquiries with a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and administration tasks.
