Job summary

Seven Hills Medical Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in Seven Hills. An immediate start is available for a length of the assignment, with compensation at $37.50 per hour plus Super.

The role focuses on processing customer orders, handling phone and email enquiries regarding stock availability, ETAs and pricing, as well as processing returns and issuing credit notes. Data entry and database maintenance are also required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience within Customer Service and Order Processing.
• Experience with Excel.
• Have intermediate MS Office.
• Have clear and concise communication skills.
• Be available to commit to the length of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders.
• Responding to phone and email enquiries - Stock Availability, ETA's, Pricing.
• Processing Sales Order returns and Issuing Credit Notes.
• Database maintenance and data entry.
