Job summary

Imaging Sippy Downs is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our family-owned Medical Imaging Practice on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will manage front desk operations, including check-in, registrations, calls, and appointment scheduling.

You will prepare patient files and imaging request forms for clinical staff and liaise with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic processes.
• Reliable individual who works well in a team.
• Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Previous experience in medical imaging is helpful

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage patient check-in and registration processes.
• Answer calls and patient enquiries in a fast paced setting.
• Manage patient appointments and medical records.
• Prepare patient files and imaging request forms for clinical staff.
• Liaise between patients, Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and other healthcare providers.
