Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions Australia is growing our Sydney team to install medical imaging equipment in hospitals and clinics. This hands-on, mechanical role focuses on assembling and installing complex systems with precision, teamwork and attention to detail.

You will travel across Australia and New Zealand on a regular basis, with weekend travel and full training provided. No office commute and opportunities to support installations globally as the role expands.

Qualificações

• Vaccination requirements for Queensland Health (MMR, Pertussis, Varicella, Hep B).
• In-hospital environment experience or aptitude.
• Ability to travel regularly, including weekends.
• Ability to obtain required checks (Police, WWCC, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Performs hands-on technical work with precision and safety.

About the role

You'll work alongside a dedicated installation specialist to assemble and install medical imaging equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities. This is a hands‑on, technical role where quality, teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Travel is a major part of the job.

Most installations run Monday to Friday, meaning regular Sunday and Friday travel, and you'll often be away for a full week at a time. If you enjoy variety, new environments and being on the move, this role offers plenty of it.

What you'll need

• Ability to meet QLD Health vaccination requirements (MMR, Pertussis, Varicella, Hep B)
• White Card, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or ability to obtain)
• Mechanically/technically minded with strong attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve on the job
• Comfortable with regular travel, including weekends
• Able to work in hospital environments
• Comfortable completing electronic paperwork
• Passport (or ability to obtain)
