Job summary

Deakin University in Victoria is seeking an organised professional to provide administrative and operational support to the Doctor of Medicine program across regional locations. You will work with academic and professional staff to support teaching, assessment and simulated learning activities.

The role requires face-to-face on-campus attendance during teaching periods, and occasional travel to Waurn Ponds.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience providing advice or support services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret procedures and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across teaching, assessment and simulated learning activities.
