B. Braun Australia Group is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney’s Norwest. You will be the single point of contact for customers across orders, pricing, products and returns for our medical devices portfolio.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver outstanding service and drive customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with logistics and warehousing to

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistics provider and 3PL warehouses.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
• Provide PODs and manage invoice queries, credit and return requests.
• Handle backorder ETAs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex customer issues, projects, and process improvements.
