B. Braun Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Norwest, Sydney.

You will be the single point of contact for orders, pricing, products and returns across our high-quality product range. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will interact with internal and external customers by email and phone, build relationships with logistics partners, process orders accurately, and drive improvements while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Service experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare.
• Experience with SAP is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible team player with positive attitude.
• Focus on accountability to see customer inquiries through to completion.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistic providers, and 3PL warehouses.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
• Provide proof of delivery (PODs).
• Handle credit and return requests.
• Provide backorder ETAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex customer issues and projects.

We are looking for a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.

Your Responsibilities

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

• 5+ years of Customer Service experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, and Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with SAP is essential.

• A flexible team player with positive attitude.
