Job summary

B. Braun Australia Group is seeking a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Norwest, Sydney.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the single point of contact for our customers across orders, pricing, products and returns for our high quality product range. You will interact with internal and external customers by email and phone, build strong relationships with customers and logistics partners, and ensure accurate order

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Service experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, and Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with SAP is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistic provider and 3pl warehouses.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
• Take ownership of Customer queries through to resolution.
• Providing PODs
• Credit and Return requests
• Backorder ETAs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on complex customers issues, projects, process improvements.
