Job summary

OneMD urgently seeks a Territory Manager for Brisbane and QLD to drive adoption of emergency and critical care devices. You will educate clinicians, demonstrate products and build strong relationships with hospitals and emergency services.

This role offers substantial autonomy, with travel across the territory and support from a dedicated sales and clinical team. The successful candidate will combine clinical expertise with sales ambition, lead training initiatives, and contribute to strategic

Qualifications

• Experience as Paramedic, Critical Care Nurse, or ICU RN is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge across emergency/critical care.
• Passionate about educating others and presenting to clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education, product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, trials and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand product use across territory.
• Communicate portfolio clinical benefits to customers.
• Manage territory and sales pipeline to meet targets.

The Company

A globally recognised medical technology company specialising in emergency and critical care is seeking a Territory Manager to join their growing Australian team.

The organisation develops innovative technologies designed to support emergency responders and healthcare professionals in critical situations, with a strong focus on improving clinical decision-making, patient monitoring and emergency care.

This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity for someone from a clinical background to make the jump into device sales and play an important role in developing the territory and building strong customer relationships.

The Role

Territory: Brisbane and QLD

Portfolio: Emergency & Critical Care

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with a career in medical device sales, representing a highly differentiated portfolio of defibrillation and patient monitoring equipment.

A significant part of the role will involve clinical education and customer training, working closely with healthcare professionals to educate them on the products, their clinical applications and how they can support patient care.

You will build strong relationships across emergency services, hospitals and other healthcare organisations, while identifying opportunities to grow the business and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver clinical education, product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Use your clinical expertise to support customers with the application and use of the technologyBuild strong relationships with clinicians and other key healthcare stakeholders
• Support product evaluations, trials and implementation
• Identify opportunities to introduce and expand product use across your territory
• Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio and communicate its clinical benefits
• Manage your territory and sales pipeline to achieve commercial targets
• Work closely with internal clinical, product and commercial teams
• Travelling domestically as and when required

About you

• Experience as a Paramedic, Critical Care Nurse, or Registered Nurse with ICU experience
• Strong clinical knowledge across emergency, critical care or acute care environments
• Passionate about educating and training others, with confidence presenting to clinical audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of healthcare professionals
• Interested in leveraging your clinical expertise to transition into a career in medical device sales
• Highly motivated, proactive and eager to learn, with the drive to build relationships and make a meaningful impact
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a small, collaborative team
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Current QLD driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
