Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is based locally in Gladstone and will oversee maintenance, shutdown and project-related works across a major industrial facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who develops teams, builds client relationships and delivers safe, high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a trade-based supervisory role within shutdown, maintenance or project environments.
• Experience in alumina, minerals processing, chemical, power generation or similar heavy industrial sectors is desirable.
• Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter) is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Based locally in Gladstone, you'll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing maintenance, shutdown and project-related works across a major industrial processing facility.

Key Responsibilities will include:

What you will bring
