Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter for a permanent role at our Gladstone site. Submit your application if you are local to Gladstone and ready to contribute to mechanical support on site.

You will bring a Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent), a current Australian Driver's Licence, a Construction White Card, and in-date Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets, with prior maintenance and fault-finding experience.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification required.
• Current Australian Driver's License required.
• Construction White Card required.
• In date Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets required.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and fault finding.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
• Complete inspections and routine servicing.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
