Job summary

Newkey Consulting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer for a permanent role on a major utilities infrastructure project on the Central Coast, NSW. You will provide on-site mechanical engineering support to delivery teams and help coordinate daily construction activities.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 1-2+ years post-graduate experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork. This is a permanent full-time position on site.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
• 1-2+ years' post-graduate experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Mechanical engineering support to project delivery teams.
• Support planning, site coordination, and daily construction activities.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance requirements.
• Support subcontractor management and contribute to safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
