You will work closely with Mechanical Engineers and project teams across Australia in a supportive consultancy environment, with strong Revit and BIM development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Drafter within building services.
• Strong Revit experience is essential.
• Experience producing HVAC and mechanical services documentation.
• Understanding of mechanical building services design and documentation.
• Consulting engineering experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed mechanical and HVAC documentation using Revit.
• Develop and maintain accurate mechanical services models.
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineers throughout project delivery.
• Produce documentation for tender and construction.
• Assist with design and services coordination.
• Update Revit models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and delivered within project timeframes.

The Role:

Our client is an established building services engineering consultancy with an extensive portfolio of major projects across Australia. The successful Mechanical Revit Drafter will work closely with Mechanical Engineers and project teams to deliver detailed HVAC and mechanical services documentation across a diverse range of projects. Projects include:

• High-rise residential and build-to-rent developments.
• Major commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Large-scale education and university projects.
• Healthcare and specialist medical facilities.
• Industrial and logistics developments.
• Hospitality and high-end commercial projects.
• Major developments with construction values exceeding $500M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed mechanical and HVAC documentation using Revit.
