Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking a Mechanical/Piping Engineer to deliver mechanical and piping engineering for the K2 gas power project near Perth. You will support construction, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with approved designs.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience on major EPC or power projects, a mechanical engineering degree, and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication to drive safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in mechanical and piping engineering on major EPC, infrastructure or power generation projects.
• Engineers Australia Accreditation (if applicable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical and piping deliverables including calculations, data sheets, specifications and layouts under senior guidance.
• Support construction and commissioning by responding to RFIs and site queries.
• Coordinate interfaces with process, electrical, I&C and civil disciplines.
• Review vendor and subcontractor documentation for compliance with designs.
• Support Safety in Design and design change processes.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and handover documentation.
