Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking a Materials Controller for the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project in Kwinana, WA. You will manage deliveries, registers and issue logs to ensure timely availability of materials for site activities.

You will work with Construction and Engineering teams, maintain traceability records and support audits and close-out tasks, contributing to safe, efficient project execution in a competitive energy market.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in materials control, logistics or warehousing.
• 4–7 years’ experience in materials control or stores on major construction or EPC projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to report across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record deliveries against purchase orders and documentation.
• Maintain accurate materials registers and issue logs.
• Track material movements and locations to support sequencing and work packs.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, damages or non-conformances to the Material Supervisor and Materials & Logistics Manager.
• Support materials inspections, preservation and storage requirements per project procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction and Engineering teams for timely availability of materials for site activities.
• Maintain materials documentation, including delivery dockets, inspection records and traceability information.
• Support materials audits, reporting and close-out activities, including surplus or returns management.
