Job summary

Clough Limited in Western Australia is seeking a Materials Controller for the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project. You will manage deliveries, maintain registers, track movements and support site activities with timely material availability.

The role requires 4–7 years in materials control on major construction or EPC projects; you will work with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with Construction and Engineering, and ensure documentation and traceability meet project procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in materials control, logistics or warehousing required.
• 4–7 years’ experience in materials control or stores on major construction/EPC projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record materials deliveries against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate materials registers, stock records and issue logs.
• Track material movements, storage locations and issuance for sequencing.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, damages or non-conformances and report them.
• Support inspections, preservation and storage per project procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction and Engineering for timely material availability.
• Maintain delivery docs, inspection records and traceability information.
• Support audits, reporting and surplus/returns management.
