In this role, you'll lead maintenance teams to ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our fleet, while driving innovation through systems, process improvements, and package optimization.Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning maintenance practices with business goals, ensuring sustainable operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.This position is Perth-based with a 5:2 roster and regular, short duration site travel.
