RGIT Australia is seeking a reliable Fitter – Level 1 to join our client’s team in Pakenham, VIC. This entry-level role offers hands-on work with basic mechanical maintenance and the opportunity to develop skills in a workshop environment.

You will assist with fitting, reading simple drawings, and supporting experienced fitters while following safety procedures. A trade qualification or apprenticeship exposure is advantageous; punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical, fitting or workshop experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and tools.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship experience is advantageous.
