Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is seeking experienced fitters for a Penrith workshop role that also includes project work, site work and shutdowns. The position offers exposure to a variety of maintenance tasks and a reputable, safety‑focused employer.

You will bring a trade certificate and strong hands-on skills, with the ability to work with contractors and other trades. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication and adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate - Fitter.
• Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or Certificate of Proficiency in Fitting & Machining.
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical installation and repairs.
• Adherence to health, safety, environment and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation and repairs.
• Preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Modification, commissioning, testing, fault finding and diagnostic.
• Attend breakdowns to all plant and equipment.

To be successful in this role the following qualification, licences, skills and experience is required:
