Job summary

Workforce Extensions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Sydney's eastern region. You'll maintain and improve high-speed production and packaging lines for health and nutritional products.

Based at Eastern Creek, NSW, this clean, air‑conditioned facility offers a stable day shift and long‑term growth. Trade-qualified fitters with FMCG/pharma experience are encouraged to apply, with immediate interview availability.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with Cert III or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG/food/pharma environments.
• Availability for interview immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on automated machinery.
• Work with conveyors, fillers, cappers, and packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out installations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant environment.

Your Day-to-Day

What You’ll Bring

• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Must be available for interview immediately
