Job summary

Inghams Enterprises in Lisarow, NSW, is seeking a proactive Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join our busy processing site. You’ll perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment to keep the lines running and safe.

This full-time role operates on a 5x8 shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking and great employee benefits. We value curiosity, care, courage and commitment as we work toward delivering Always Good food.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join our Further Processing Site in Lisarow. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

We currently have a full-time position available: the shift will be 5x8 hour shifts 05:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Monday to Friday

You Will Bring to This Role

• Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential)
• Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
