Job summary

BE Campbell is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to keep our production lines running reliably in a secure food manufacturing site. You will diagnose and repair breakdowns across production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support reliability projects.

We value hands-on troubleshooting, strong mechanical aptitude, and a collaborative team approach. This role is based at our Wetherill Park or Arndell Park site with stable hours on the AM shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical problem solving is essential.
• Experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance.
