Arup is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Sydney to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative mechanical solutions across multidisciplinary projects. You will develop detailed design models and simulations, ensuring optimal HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection performance, and collaborate with peers to solve complex challenges.

The ideal candidate has about 3+ years in mechanical design, familiarity with design tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Familiarity with relevant software and design tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver detailed design models and simulations for mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Design efficient and sustainable mechanical systems including cooling, ventilation, and fire suppression.
• Support integration of advanced technologies in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Contribute to project management activities to align with goals and timelines.
• Represent the team in meetings with senior engineers and stakeholders.
