Job summary

MECCA Melbourne Central in VIC is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) on a secondment until January 2027, 30 hours per week, to lead the store and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach and empower a large retail team, balance late evenings and weekend shifts, and contribute to MECCA's standards and KPIs. This role requires strong leadership and customer obsession in a premium beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading large retail teams.
• Willingness to work late evenings and weekends.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and MECCA-magic moments.
• Able to coach and develop team members.
