Job summary

MECCA Mornington is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead our store in VIC on a fixed-term contract. The role requires overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and modelling MECCA values. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

The successful candidate will manage a large retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, and coach staff to achieve KPIs. This is a 22-hour-per-week, fixed-term position until October 2027 at MECCA Mornington.
