MECCA Kotara in NSW seeks a Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the store on a full-time basis, guiding teams and delivering MECCA Magic on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for coaching staff, driving KPIs, and ensuring exceptional customer moments every day.

We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to help lead our MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a full-time basis at 38 Hours per week.

Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores. They lead from the shop floor, creating exceptional customer moments while coaching and inspiring their team to deliver MECCA Magic every day. With a passion for people, beauty and results, they balance customer experience with commercial outcomes to ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression.

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
