Job summary

MECCA Brands in VIC is seeking a Store Operations Specialist for the Highpoint store on a part-time basis at 20 hours per week. You will join Australia's leading beauty retailer and support store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain stock presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

Day-to-day responsibilities
