Job summary

MECCA Chatswood Chase is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Specialist for a permanent part-time role at 20 hours per week. You will help maintain exceptional customer service, manage stock, and support the store leadership in delivering MECCA’s service initiatives.

• Previous retail or store operations experience preferred.

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented to the highest standard.
• Support the management team in delivering MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
• Contribute to overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
