Job summary

MECCA Brands in Sydney is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Chatswood Chase store on a permanent part-time contract for 20 hours per week. You will support store operations and customer service while maintaining MECCA's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

Day-to-day responsibilities:
