Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the meat industry with attention to detail.
• Experience in training according to needs and bottlenecks.
• Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team that strips down carcasses.
• Develop, plan and provide workplace training and refresher training.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks as delegated by the Production Manager.
• Train staff in boning of lamb cuts to Aus meat/customer specifications; monitor throughput and drive daily production.
