• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment and tools per food safety regulations.
• Package and label meat products accurately for distribution.
• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Report equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Rotate between processing stations as required.

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Meat Process Worker to join our manufacturing and processing operations in West Melbourne, VIC 3003. This is a full-time position offering a stable career in the meat processing industry. As a Meat Process Worker, you will play a vital role in our production operations, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our output. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of food safety, product quality and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Operating meat processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures
• Preparing, cutting, trimming and portioning meat products to specification
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring all items meet company standards and food safety requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment and tools in compliance with food safety regulations
• Packaging and labelling meat products accurately and clearly for distribution
• Following all food safety and workplace health and safety protocols
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
• Rotating between different processing stations as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in meat processing, food manufacturing or assembly line work is highly desirable
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail, particularly with food safety standards
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Capability to work efficiently within a team environment and meet production deadlines
• Willingness to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 20 kg regularly
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early starts if required
• Relevant food handling or food safety certification is preferred
