Responsibilities

• Remove bone, trim, cut and wash cuts of meat in preparation for further processing or packaging
• Slit open and trim cuts of meat for further processing and packaging.
• Operate equipment and machinery to cut larger bodies of meat into smaller portions to facilitate handling
• Maintain high hygiene standards throughout all processes
• Follow all OH&S procedures and policies
