Haymond Consulting Group Pty Ltd – Mascot NSW is seeking Process Workers for a meat processing facility in Blacktown. This casual, ongoing role offers early morning to night shifts in a cold and wet environment, with full training and ongoing employment opportunities.

You will perform meat preparation, packing, labeling, and quality checks on production lines while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Applicants should be reliable, flexible, and capable of working as part of a team.

Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a busy and well-established meat processing facility located in Blacktown. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role working in a cold, wet environment, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.

Shift Options

We have a variety of shifts available, including:

• Early Morning: From 4:00am
• Day Shift: From 5:00am
• Afternoon Shift: From 1:00pm
• Evening Shifts From 3:00pm
• Night Shift - From 10pm

Please note:

Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so flexibility is essential.

About the Role

Duties may include:

• Meat preparation and processing.
• Packing finished products ready for distribution.
• Labelling and quality checking products.
• Working on production lines.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
• General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.

As production requirements change, you may work across different sections of the facility.
