Job summary

Haymond Consulting Group Pty Ltd – Girraween NSW is seeking reliable Process Workers for a meat processing facility in Blacktown. The role involves meat preparation, packing, labeling and quality checks in a cold, wet environment.

Multiple shifts are available (early morning, day, afternoon, evening) with immediate start and ongoing casual employment. Training is provided and teamwork is essential to meet production targets and safety standards.

Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a busy and well-established meat processing facility located in Blacktown. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role working in a cold, wet environment, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.
Shift Options
We have a variety of shifts available, including:

• Early Morning: From 4:00am
• Day Shift: From 5:00am
• Afternoon Shift: From 1:00pm
• Evening Shifts From 3:00pm

Please note: Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so flexibility is essential.
About the Role
Duties may include:

• Meat preparation and processing.
• Packing finished products ready for distribution.
• Labelling and quality checking products.
• Working on production lines.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
• General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.

As production requirements change, you may work across different sections of the facility.
