Qualifications

• Physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail with food safety standards.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to SOPs.
• Prepare, cut, trim and portion meat to specification.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and food safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment and tools per food safety regulations.
• Package and label meat products accurately for distribution.
• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Report equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Rotate between processing stations as required.
