Responsibilities

• Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing meat to required specifications.
• Sorting, grading, and separating different cuts of meat.
• Operating processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Cleaning and sterilising work areas, tools and equipment.
• Handling and moving carcasses in line with workplace procedures.
• Working in chillers, boning rooms, and slaughter floors.
• Packing, labelling, and preparing products for distribution.
• General labouring and assisting team members as needed.
