Drakes Supermarkets invites applications for a motivated and hands-on Meat Department Lead in Queensland. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage a small team, create rosters, place orders and conduct stock takes to ensure exceptional customer service.

With an Australian trade qualification in Butchery, you will drive cost control, merchandising, and staff development in a fast-paced supermarket environment that values safety and teamwork.

About this opportunity:

We are currently looking for a motivated and hard working applicant, to join and lead the meat department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
